In memory of them both, a memorial brick was puchased from Wabash Marketplace, Inc. and placed in the sidewalk just outside the Sweet Shop, downtown Wabash, Indiana.
The Wabash Sweet Shop was a special place Brie's Grandma Marilyn would take her for treats. Brie's Grandma passed away in September, 2000.
